Explain your decision in the meeting. Say what you considered, why you rejected one option, and what you think should happen next.

Give the full answer in the interview. Tell them what you did and why it was important, instead of choosing simple grammar in case you make a mistake.

Tell the story at dinner. Include what had happened earlier and what you wish you’d said, and make everyone laugh.

Listen to the other person. Have more attention for their answer, their expression and the next question you want to ask, instead of using all your brainpower to construct your next sentence.
